‘Optimising Local Resources: Challenges and Opportunities in Francophone Africa"
This panel discussion aims to bring together experts, practitioners and policy-makers to explore effective strategies for the use of local resources in Francophone Africa. In a context of rapid population growth and increasing economic and environmental challenges, it is essential to adopt innovative and sustainable approaches to maximise the potential of available resources.
The programme for this first format of Agri'Panels will focus on four key areas:
1. Raising awareness of the need to optimise local resources.
2. Assuming responsibility and the will to use them.
3. Improve methods by keeping up to date and improving skills.
4. Animate the process by educating new generations to awaken their curiosity and commitment to optimising local resources.
These areas will ensure the sustainability of the initiatives put in place, by transforming procedures into sustainable practices.
