Once your registration validated, you will have access to your personal extranet. Here you will be able to check the status of your request and payments, place orders for additional passes and invitations, download your PR kit, submit your Innov'Space application, find information on regulations...

Official suppliers

Your extranet will also give you access to the services offered by our official suppliers (furniture, catering, logistics, booth decoration...). You'll be able to consult their offers and book them directly online.
This service will soon be available to exhibitors.
Location de salles de réunion et conférences

Conference or meeting rooms location

For meetings with your customers or agents, or for organising receptions or lectures, SPACE can provide rooms between 30 and 400 people.
To receive your customers without being bothered, SPACE can hire you some offices of 15 sq.m (for 10 persons) or 30 sq.m. These offices are hired for periods of one hour and a half.

Next to the Organizers Offices, in the 'Administration area'.

You will find all types of offices facilities (photocopier, scan, fax...), wireless access but also hotel reservations and information on transport timetables.

Shuttle for exhibitors packages

From 7:30 am onwards on all 3 days of SPACE, on request free shuttles will leave from the exhibitors' gates (B and H), carrying exhibitors' bulky packages to their halls or outdoors booths.

Cloakrooms

There is a cloakroom available for free use by both exhibitors and visitors next to the International Club. It is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
