The Scaragriffe, developed by Innovlap, is an innovative liquid/solid phase separator designed to optimize the management of animal waste. Using gravitational separation, it combines automatic solutions with simplicity of operation.
With a drainage grid, the Scaragriffe effectively separates the solid and liquid fractions of waste. A scraping system evacuates the solid phase, while an automatic unclogging solution ensures consistent and efficient separation.
The Scaragriffe's gravitational approach reduces energy costs and valorizes livestock waste for methanization or as fertilizer. Additionally, it helps reduce slurry spreading plans with a liquid fraction low in solids.
