Combined filling Program for Front-rear tank combination
TwinFill technology is integrated into the iXspray software that equips the Kverneland iXter B mounted sprayer range and the iXtra front tanks.
Its objective is to automate the filling and incorporation of chemical for a rear and front mounted sprayer combination and to ensure a homogeneous mixture between the two tanks.
In the classic case of use in additional capacity of the iXtra front tank and without TwinFill program, the operator must make two different incorporations for the two tanks without the insurance of making a homogeneous mixture between the front tank and the rear tank.
The TwinFill technology allows the chemical to be automatically distributed between the two tanks, allowing the user to make a single incorporation and avoid any dosing errors.
This ensures that the operator has a homogeneous concentration of chemical between the rear and front tanks, without mixing time required.
