The Opticool unit, associated with pre-cooling of milk, reduces by up to 70% the electricity consumption of these 2 items and the corresponding greenhouse gas emissions. It combines utilization of new components (variable speed compressors and fans, temperature and volume sensors, automation…) with a new generation frigorific gas featuring a low environmental impact and an innovative functioning mode based on constant adaptation of the power delivered to the need. The integrated water loop heat recovery exchanger, also driven by the automaton allows Opticool to restitute the equivalent of the energy it consumes to cool the milk through hot water production.
