I am exhibitor

Where can I get my exhibitor badge?

Go to your exhibitor platform ‘exhibitor.space.fr’ using the login sent to your booth manager.

You will be able to access the Show from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. using your exhibitor badge.

Parking A, B and C are restricted for exhibitors.
You must go to your exhibitor area and order your ‘Exhibitor Parking’ badges online.

Booth assembly will be possible:
- Thursday 11/09 to 14/09 from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Monday 15/09 from7:30 am to 8:00 pm

Dismantling of booth will be possible:
- 18/09 from 10:00 pm to 11:45
- 19/09 from 7:30 am to 7:00 for light vehicles and 11:00 am to 7:00 pm for trailers
- du 20/09 to 22/09 from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm

WARNING: entry of vehicles to the fairgrounds will only be authorized on presentation of an exhibitor badge or a “ASSEMBLY – DISASSEMBLY” sticker.
These dates and schedules may be modified by the organizing committee.

A customizable communication kit is available to you in your exhibitor area.

To submit information to the press, you can send us your press releases, we will post them in the online Press Area and in the Press Center during the Show.

Enjoy a complete catering offer with restaurants in the center of the Parc-Expo as well as numerous food trucks in the outdoors paths around the halls.

A atm is available outside next to the Espace Europe meeting rooms.

Yes, a cloakroom is at your disposal next the Organizers office and the Business center.

I am visitor

Is my badge available for several days?

An invitation is valid for 1 day. Tickets valid for several days will be on sale online from Junes and directly on the fairgrounds.

You can go to the entrance with your digital badge on your mobile phone or printed.

We welcome students classes for free, accompanied by a member of the educational institution.

Admission is free for children under 16 years old.

A cash dispenser is available at the Show.

We only allow guide or assistance dogs.

Free shuttles from the city center, the train station, St Malo and the airport are available regularly during the three days of the Show. A free carpooling platform will be also available in June.

Bicycle parking is located next to Gate C.

I am international visitor

Is my badge avaliable for several days?

The international badge is valid for the 3 days of the Show. You will be able to edit your international pass online, from June. 

You can go to the entrance with your digital badge on your mobile phone or printed.

All foreign nationals who wish to come to France must be able to present at the border the regulatory documents relating to the purpose of the stay, the means of subsistence and the conditions of accommodation. As a general rule, unless exempted, a visa is required. It must be requested before departure from the competent French embassy or consulate in the applicant's country of residence.

Make your request for an invitation letter in the international section. Once your request has been processed you will receive your letter by email. You can resent this letter along with your file to the French Embassy in your country.

I am journalist

What are the press accreditation procedures?

To obtain a press badge, you can request it at presse.space.fr.

Any journalist with a press badge has access to the Parc-Expo from 7:30 am.

A Press Area is made available to journalists. Its layout allows you to combine work and conviviality. There you will find a free Wi-Fi connection and the program of important events for each day of the Show.

In your online Press Area, you will be able to find SPACE press kits and exhibitor press releases.
