Information

Description
Artisan butcher and delicatessen maker, 5 generations since 1895 in Ille et Vilaine.

After studying charcuterie in Paris for several years, Jules-Marie BEUCHER set up his business in 1895 on rue de la Madeleine in the heart of the small market town of Châteaugiron. Between the wars, he passed on his know-how to his son Jules BEUCHER and his daughter-in-law Marie. As the business grew and the delicatessen became too small,

They decided to move to rue du Porche.

Today, the 5th generation is on the move, and its challenge is :

- to preserve the traditional know-how of its elders

- to continue to provide the best possible advice to our customers

- to ensure the long-term future of the business by adapting to new consumer trends

House Beucher has always been committed to satisfying its customers by offering quality products, designed and manufactured in compliance with food safety requirements. Respecting these measures means respecting our profession and the people who consume our products every day.
