Description
Come and discover the Breton oysters from Parcs Saint Kerber, a selection of excellent products from Cancale. A town renowned for its wild flat oysters from natural deep-water beds, and more specifically for its farmed creuse oysters.

This oyster farmer cultivates several selections of oysters to satisfy your different desires: premium oysters (Tsarskaya, Muirgen, La 1930, Le Pied de cheval...); fine oysters (L'Istrenn, La fine Saint Kerber...) as well as organic oysters from Brittany.

The fine Saint Kerber won a gold medal in 2024, and is the emblematic oyster of our production. Its iodised flavour is typical of the bay, with round notes on the palate and a firm consistency thanks to a short stay on the foreshore.

The Tsarskaya, which won gold in 2023 and bronze in 2024, is a tribute to the Tsars of Russia, who were the first importers of oysters from Brittany! This is a special oyster of superior quality, matured for 3 to 6 months by the sea.
